These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Investabot LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Investabot LLC provides investing education, simulation tools, calculators, market literacy tools, and credit-card comparison content. Investabot is not a broker-dealer, financial advisor, or investment adviser.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Rules

You agree to keep your login secure, provide accurate information, and not misuse or attempt to exploit the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime via Account Settings or by contacting support@investabot.net.

5. No Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice

All Service content is educational only and does not constitute investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

6. Paper Trading Disclaimer

All trading tools are simulations. Simulated performance does not represent actual results. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may include or rely on third-party APIs, market data providers, affiliate networks, or credit-card partners. We are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, delays, or changes from third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content—including text, graphics, UI, code, tools, and branding—is owned by Investabot LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to access restricted areas, servers, or databases;
• Use automated scraping, bots, or extraction tools;
• Upload malicious software or harmful code;
• Attempt to reverse engineer security mechanisms or systems;
• Circumvent subscription or access controls;
• Use the Service to harass or harm others.

10. User Content Policy

Users may submit or enter content into the Service (such as text, scenarios, data inputs, comments, or profile information). You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use the content you submit.

You grant Investabot LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your submitted content solely for the operation and improvement of the Service.

You agree NOT to upload:

• Malicious or harmful code;
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activity;
• Sexual content involving minors;
• Personally identifiable financial information;
• Copyrighted material you do not own or have rights to.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted material is being used on the Service without permission, send a DMCA notice to:

12. Errors & Omissions (E&O) Disclaimer

Investabot LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, simulations, calculators, projections, or information provided. The Service is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investabot LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies in information, nor for decisions made based on such information.

13. Affiliate & Compensation Disclosure

Investabot LLC may receive compensation from credit card issuers or partners when users apply for certain financial products through our links. Compensation does not influence rankings, reviews, or recommendations.

We strive to maintain transparency and objectivity in all comparisons, in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investabot LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Your exclusive remedy is limited to the amount paid by you to Investabot LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

15. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Orange County, California.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
